For much of my early life, I lived in survival mode, caught in cycles of trauma, silence, and emotional neglect. My parents’ separation fractured the foundation of what little security I had, and I was left in the care of a guardian who struggled with addiction. What followed was years of physical, mental, and emotional abuse alongside a deep, unspoken pain caused by sexual assault.

I grew up without emotional support, without a place to land or feel seen. In response, I became the giver, the fixer, the one who tried to earn love through loyalty and self-sacrifice. I poured from an empty cup, believing that if I just loved harder, maybe I would finally be chosen. But instead, I was met with more betrayal, more rejection, and more silence.

It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point that I began to awaken. Something inside me refused to let my story end in pain. I slowly began to reclaim my power, unlearning the patterns I was taught, facing my shadows, and reconnecting with the voice of my soul. Of course, I couldn’t have done all of this without the help of my spirit team and God/Source/Universe.

My healing didn’t happen all at once, it came in layers, in tears, in quiet moments in solitude. But every step led me closer to the truth: I am not what happened to me. I am who I choose to become.

Today, I walk a path rooted in purpose, aligned with Spirit, and here to serve others who are waking up from their pain and conditioning, helping guide them to their personal power and authentic truth. My wounds have become wisdom, and my journey has become my offering.
